- ¾ cup butter
- 2 ½ cup sugar
- 4 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ cups oil
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened baking cocoa powder
- 1 cups flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 ¼ cups semisweet chocolate chips divided
- 1 ¾ cups peanut butter baking chips divided
- 2 cups roasted peanuts divided
- 2 cups chopped Snickers candy bars divided
- 2 cups chopped Payday candy bars divided
- 2 cups chopped Twix candy bars divided
Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the butter and sugar to a small saucepan and cook over low to medium heat. Stir occasionally until the butter has melted completely.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
Whisk in the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla until well combined.
Whisk in the oil and the cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
Mix the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
Gently fold in 1 cup of peanut butter chips, 1 ½ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup of roasted peanuts, and 1 ½ cups of all three kinds of candy bars (Snickers, Payday, and Twix). Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
