Ingredients

  • 2 cups Silk Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit peaches, pineapples, etc
  • ½ cup frozen Kale
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2 TBSP chia seeds
  • toppings: granola & fresh fruit optional

Instructions

  • Blend: Pour the milk into the base of a blender. Having the liquid on the bottom will make it easier to mix and combine all the ingredients.
  • Add in the blueberries, frozen mixed fruit, kale, banana, and chia seeds. Place the lid on the blender and blend on medium-high speed until the mixture is smooth and lump free.
  • Assemble: Pour into individual serving bowls, top with your favorite granola and fresh sliced fruit. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Leftover blueberry smoothie bowl can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. However, it is best to consume it immediately to ensure maximum freshness and retain the desired texture.
