Easy Chocolate Frosting ingredient
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Whisk together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and milk. Whisk again until smooth.
Stir in the flour, salt, and mini chocolate chips, until the flour is well incorporated.
Bake for 30 minutes, until brownies are set. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes before frosting.
Mint frosting: Combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour over cooled brownies. Gently spread frosting over the entire surface. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Chocolate frosting: Combine butter, chocolate chips and milk in a bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds. Add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth. Pour the frosting on top of the mint frosting. Let fully cool to set. Slice, serve, & enjoy!
Store brownies in an airtight container for 3–4 days at room temperature or up to 1 week in the fridge.
Wrap tightly and freeze for 2–3 months; thaw in the fridge or at room temperature before serving.
