BAKED PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES

Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges are coated with parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, and paprika. This simple potato recipe is perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

  • Line a baking sheet with foil. Preheat the oven to 400°.
  • Cut each potato into eight wedges; place on foil. In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and all of the seasonings.
  • Brush or spray the potato wedges with olive oil and sprinkle with the cheese/seasoning mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
  • These are AMAZING dipped in ranch dressing!

Notes

Leftover potatoes should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Letting the potatoes cool down to room temperature before storing them in the refrigerator is important.
