Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease a large baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, set it aside.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture into the baking pan and evenly distribute it around the pan, set it aside. Slice the French bread loaf into 1" slices.
Assemble: Combine the eggs and milk in a shallow dish (I used a 9X13 pan) and place the sliced bread in the egg mixture. Let the bread sit for 2-3 minutes and then flip over and soak for another 2-3 minutes.
Bake: Transfer the egg-soaked bread into the cinnamon mixture pan. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately with the brown sugar side on top, enjoy!
