Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the granulated sugar, 2 TBSP flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Pour peaches and apples into the prepared pan, sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture, and stir to combine.
  • For the topping, whisk the brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter and egg. Spoon the mixture as evenly as possible over peaches.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

Notes

This fruit cobbler will stay fresh in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Make sure to cover it well or store it in an airtight container to keep moisture and odors out.
You can also freeze apple & peach cobbler. Wrap it tightly in aluminum foil or place it in a freezer-safe container. It will keep for up to 3 months in the freezer.
