Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the granulated sugar, 2 TBSP flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour peaches and apples into the prepared pan, sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture, and stir to combine.
For the topping, whisk the brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter and egg. Spoon the mixture as evenly as possible over peaches.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
