- 1 box white cake mix
- 21 oz strawberry pie filling
- 3 large eggs beaten
- whipped cream (the kind in a can works great!)
- sliced strawberries/whole strawberries to place on top
Preheat oven to 350° and add 24 muffin liners to a muffin pan.
Combine the cake mix, pie filling, and eggs in a blender (or with an electric mixer) until well combined. Fill each muffin liner about ¾ full.
Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely and then add whipped cream and fresh strawberries right before serving. You could also top with a buttercream or cream cheese frosting if you prefer!
