Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz container whipped topping thawed
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups angel food cake diced into cubes
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  • Start with the pudding. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix. Let it sit for about 2 minutes so it thickens slightly.
  • Add the whipped topping. Gently fold it into the pudding mixture. Don’t stir—folding keeps things light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the goodies. Add the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows, folding carefully to combine.
  • Add the angel food cake. Fold again, making sure the cubes get evenly coated.
  • Top with crushed graham crackers. Sprinkle them over the top and admire your work.
