- 1 cup milk
- 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz container whipped topping thawed
- 1 lb fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 cups angel food cake diced into cubes
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- graham crackers for dipping
Start with the pudding. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix. Let it sit for about 2 minutes so it thickens slightly.
Add the whipped topping. Gently fold it into the pudding mixture. Don’t stir—folding keeps things light and fluffy.
Mix in the goodies. Add the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows, folding carefully to combine.
Add the angel food cake. Fold again, making sure the cubes get evenly coated.
Top with crushed graham crackers. Sprinkle them over the top and admire your work.
Serve it up. Serve immediately with graham crackers on the side or chill in the fridge until you’re ready.
