Start by adding the milk, strawberries, and sugar to the blender and blending for at least 30 seconds, or until the strawberries are completely blended into the milk.
Add the strawberry milk mixture to your saucepan and heat until warm, then add in the chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
Remove your saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Serve with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a strawberry to garnish, and enjoy!
Notes
This hot chocolate is best enjoyed fresh. If you need to save leftovers, save in an airtight container, such as a mason jar, and store in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
