Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping thawed
  • 24 ounces strawberry-flavored candy melts
  • 1 pound vanilla almond bark
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper.
  • Place the whipped topping in a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl melt the strawberry candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Make sure not to overcook because it will cause the chocolate to seize.
  • Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Stir the melted strawberry candy melts into the whipped topping and stir until combined.
  • Pour the candy into the prepared pan and smooth out until even. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour, but up to overnight.
  • In a microwave-safe dish melt the almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until the almond bark is melted and smooth.
  • Remove the candy from the freezer and cut into 20 equal pieces. The candy will still be pretty sticky, so your squares may not be perfectly shaped - it's ok!
  • Using 2 forks, dip each piece of candy into the melted almond bark and place it onto a tray lined with wax paper.
  • Immediately sprinkle each dipped candy with sprinkles. Repeat with all the squares.
  • Let set up in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Candy can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
