Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 oz seasoned stuffing mix
  • ½ cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Prep: Begin heating crockpot to HIGH. Spray inside with non-stick spray or use a crockpot liner.
  • Assemble: In a 4-cup measuring cup, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, broth, and seasonings. Set aside.
  • Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker. Top with slices of swiss cheese, then cream of chicken mixture.
  • Toss melted butter with stuffing mix, then arrange on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Cook: Reduce heat to LOW. Cover and cook for 6-7 hours. Serve with a vegetable side dish. Enjoy!

Notes

This casserole will stay fresh for up to 7 days if stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
