Ingredients

  • 26 oz frozen meatballs
  • 2 onions cut into rings
  • 2 TBSP tomato sauce
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • .87 oz brown gravy packet
  • 5 TBSP water

Instructions

  • Prep: Slice the onions into thin rings.
  • Assemble: Combine the frozen meatballs, onions, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, oregano, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and beef broth into an 8-quart crock pot.
  • In a separate small bowl whisk the brown gravy packet with 5 TBSP of water, pour this mixture over the ingredients in the crock pot. Stir everything together to combine.
  • Cook: Put the lid on and cook for 6 hours on low heat. Once cooked, serve meatballs on top of egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!  

Notes

Store in a airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
