Slow Cooker Onion Meatballs made in a rich, flavorful brown gravy and served over egg noodles or mashed potatoes! Using common pantry items, this dish brings together the sweetness of onions and the depth of beef broth, resulting in a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Assemble: Combine the frozen meatballs, onions, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, oregano, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and beef broth into an 8-quart crock pot.
In a separate small bowl whisk the brown gravy packet with 5 TBSP of water, pour this mixture over the ingredients in the crock pot. Stir everything together to combine.
Cook: Put the lid on and cook for 6 hours on low heat. Once cooked, serve meatballs on top of egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
