Ingredients

  • 1 pkg manicotti noodles 8 oz
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (I use a rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce 15 oz
  • 1 jar Spaghetti sauce 24 oz

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to pkg directions. Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix together Alfredo sauce, chicken and 1 cup of cheese. Stuff the manicotti noodles.
  • Spread enough spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a greased 9X13 pan to just barely coat the pan. Place the stuffed manicotti on top of the sauce. Cover noodles with the remaining spaghetti sauce and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted.
