Chocolate Chip Bundt
Fantastic Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake with a moist, tender crumb & incredible chocolate flavor! Homemade Bundt Cake recipe packed with chocolate chips inside and on top of the cake, perfect for anyone who loves chocolate.
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup canola oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 TBSP butter room temperature
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Generously grease a 10-12-cup Bundt pan.
Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla and mix with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan, place back on the rack, and cool completely.
In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips in 30 second increments until melted. Stir in the butter. Drizzle the chocolate glaze over the cake. Serve & enjoy!
