Birthday Cake Lush is a no bake dessert made with crushed Oreos, pudding, sweet cream and cake mix! Full of that cake batter flavor, this sweet, creamy layered dessert is perfect for any celebration!
In a small bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and the melted butter.
Press into the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
In a medium bowl using an electric hand mixer, combine the cream cheese and half of the whipped topping (4 oz or half of the container) until smooth. Slowly add in 3/4 cup of funfetti cake mix and beat at a high speed until smooth. Fold in extra sprinkles, if desired.
Spread the cream cheese layer on top of the crust. Scrape the sides of the bowl clean so we can use it again for the pudding layer.
Add the pudding mix and the milk into the bowl and whisk until slightly thickened. Slowly beat in the remaining 1/4 cup funfetti cake mix until smooth. Add in extra sprinkles, if desired.
Spread the pudding layer on top of the cream cheese layer.
Gently spread the remaining 4 oz (or half container) of whipped topping on top of the pudding layer.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.
Notes
If you're concerned about eating raw cake mix flour, you can simply place it on a baking sheet and toast it in the oven at 350F degrees for 5 minutes, let cool and use as directed. This makes consuming the flour completely safe.
