  • 20 golden oreos crushed into crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 8 oz whipped topping divided
  • 1 cup funfetti cake mix divided
  • 1 3.2 oz box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • Sprinkles optional

  • In a small bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and the melted butter.
  • Press into the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
  • In a medium bowl using an electric hand mixer, combine the cream cheese and half of the whipped topping (4 oz or half of the container) until smooth. Slowly add in 3/4 cup of funfetti cake mix and beat at a high speed until smooth. Fold in extra sprinkles, if desired.
  • Spread the cream cheese layer on top of the crust. Scrape the sides of the bowl clean so we can use it again for the pudding layer.
  • Add the pudding mix and the milk into the bowl and whisk until slightly thickened. Slowly beat in the remaining 1/4 cup funfetti cake mix until smooth. Add in extra sprinkles, if desired.
  • Spread the pudding layer on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Gently spread the remaining 4 oz (or half container) of whipped topping on top of the pudding layer.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.

If you're concerned about eating raw cake mix flour, you can simply place it on a baking sheet and toast it in the oven at 350F degrees for 5 minutes, let cool and use as directed. This makes consuming the flour completely safe.
