Icebox Lemon Pie

Lemon Icebox Pie is a quick an easy frozen lemon dessert. This pie has a classic tart lemonade flavor & is made from only FOUR simple ingredients! Simple to make and everyone loves this sweet, creamy lemon pie.

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pkg powdered lemonade drink mix enough to make 2 quarts of lemonade
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed, divided
  • 1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust


  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk and lemonade drink mix into a medium sized bowl. Stir until completely combined.
  • Fold in 4 oz (half) of the whipped topping into the lemonade mixture. 
  • Once combined, pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.


You can use real whipped cream instead of the whipped topping. To make whipped cream, just whisk 1.5 cup heavy whipping cream + 1/2 tsp vanilla + 1/4 cup powdered sugar together vigorously for about 3-5 minutes, until stiff peaks form. It's easiest if you use an electric stand mixer or handheld mixer. Then proceed with the recipe as directed.
