Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip made with 3 cheeses, juicy chicken and a flavorful Buffalo sauce with a bit of a kick! Easy appetizer perfect for game day.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken finely chopped (14.5 oz can drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese half an 8-oz block
  • 1 avocado diced (optional)
  • 1 roma tomato diced (optional)


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a medium-sized baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine drained chicken, remaining 3/4 cup shredded cheese, Frank's sauce, sour cream and cream cheese. Transfer mixture to greased baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with diced avocado and tomato. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes, until dip is bubbling up on the sides and cheese is all melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!


Note: You can use chicken from a store-bought rotisserie chicken, or you can use a 14.5 oz can cooked chicken, drained.
