Set slow cooker to low and spray inside with non-stick spray. (This makes clean up much easier!) Place chicken inside and sprinkle with salt.
Whisk together maple syrup and KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce Mix & Dry Rub Original pouch. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 hours. At 5 hours, add pineapple to chicken mixture and stir to combine. Just prior to serving, use 2 forks to shred chicken a bit.
Serve over steamed rice.
