Prep: Plug in your blender and make sure it is clean, wipe out if needed.
Blend: Combine the lemonade concentrate, half & half, frozen strawberries, and ice cream in the blender. Blend on medium-high until the mixture is smooth.
Serve: Pour the slushie into single serve glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries if desire, and enjoy!
