Ingredients

  • ¾ cup orange juice concentrate
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • 3 TBSP brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP orange zest from 1 fresh orange
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 medium firm bananas sliced

Instructions

  • In a medium skillet, combine the orange juice concentrate, butter, brown sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, whisking gently, until the sugar has dissolved and mixture is bubbling lightly.
  • Add the banana slices and cook just until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve glazed bananas on top of oatmeal, Greek yogurt, or even vanilla ice cream! Enjoy!

Notes

Leftover glazed bananas should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and will last up to 3 days.
