Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken shredded cooked
  • ¼ lb salami diced
  • ¼ lb pepperoni diced
  • ¼ lb provolone diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup banana peppers sliced
  • ½ red onion sliced

Dressing

Instructions

  • Slice & dice the vegetables before assembling the salad.
  • Add the chicken, salami, pepperoni, provolone, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers and red onion to a large salad bowl.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, italian dressing and italian seasoning.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Enjoy!
