Easy Hummus Recipe

Easy Hummus recipe that can be made in less than 5 minutes. This simple hummus recipe pairs perfectly with raw veggies, pita bread, and crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can of chickpeas
  • cup Tahini
  • 2 small cloves garlic chopped
  • juice from 1 lemon about 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • optional garnishes parsley, paprika, olive oil, chickpeas

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, in a food processor.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes in 30-second increments, or until it looks mostly creamy. It may not be completely creamy, but that is normal and it'll taste creamy - I promise!
  • Scoop into a dip bowl and enjoy with raw veggies, pita bread, or your favorite food to dip into hummus! Store any leftovers in the fridge.
