- 2 cups cellentani pasta cooked
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 TBSP pickle juice
- 1 cup cheese cubes your choice
- Fresh Dill for garnish, if desired
Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and set it aside.
Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, pickle juice, and diced pickles. Stir until well combined.
Assemble: Add the cooked pasta and cheese cubes to the bowl of dressing, stir to combine.
