Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz diced chilies, drained
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes

Instructions
