- 1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa diced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 4 oz diced chilies, drained
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
Add all ingredients to a 4-quart (or larger) slow cooker.
