Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken cooked, shredded
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups dill pickles chopped
  • ¼ cup scallions chopped

Chicken Salad Dressing

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the cooked, shredded chicken, chopped hard boiled eggs, celery, pickles, and scallions.
  • In a separate bowl whisk the relish, dill, garlic powder, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and salt & pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  • Serve on croissants, sliced bread, in lettuce wraps or on crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
