- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 3 cups cooked dark meat chicken chopped
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 11 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet or baking dish lined with parchment paper. Without separating the rolls, cut the tops off using a serrated knife and set the tops aside.
Arrange 5 slices of cheese on the bottom layer of rolls, then bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Add the chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Remove the bottom layer of rolls from the oven and spread the chicken mixture on top.
Arrange the remaining 6 cheese slices on top of the chicken mixture.
Place the top layer of the rolls on top.
Melt the butter in the microwave, brush it evenly on top of the rolls, and sprinkle the ranch seasoning and chives on top.
Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 16 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Pull each slider apart and serve warm.
