Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
  • 8 ounces cherry pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs about 3 full graham crackers
  • Graham crackers and vanilla wafer cookies for serving

Instructions

  • Add the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to a small mixing bowl and mix until the graham cracker crumbs are fully moistened. Set aside.
  • Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the Cool Whip to the cream cheese mixture and use a spatula to fold it in gently until fully combined.
  • Scoop the cream cheese mixture into a serving bowl and smooth the top out evenly.
  • Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top the dip with the graham cracker crumb topping and serve. If you aren't going to serve the dip right away, wait to add the graham cracker crumb topping. Serve with graham crackers and vanilla wafer cookies.

Notes

Leftover dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and will last from 3-5 days.
