- 4 cups blackberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 13.25 oz yellow cake mix
- ¾ cup melted butter
Preheat your oven to 350℉. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Spread the blackberries on the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the sugar on top (if using), then sprinkle the cake mix over that, spreading gently so that everything is even.
Drizzle the melted butter on top of the cake mix, covering as much of it as you can.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden. Let cool slightly before enjoying with vanilla ice cream!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days for best results. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer.
You can omit the sugar or reduce it if your blackberries are super sweet!
