Add some butter to a pan and heat up to medium heat. The pan is ready for the soaked bread when a few drops of water dropped into the pan hisses/sizzles.
Take the 2 Tbsp. Butter and melt, then add to the milk. Mix, then add eggs to the liquid mixture, and mix some more.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a dish, then pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Take a slice of the Brioche bread and soak on each side for about 20 seconds each side.
Fry for a few minutes each side until nice, golden brown and crispy.
To help keep the toast warm until needed you could place the cooked french toast into an oven and hold at 200°F until ready to serve.
Serve with syrup, butter, fruits, powdered sugar.
