Ingredients

  • 1 frozen or refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Leaving the pie crust in its foil case, place the pie crust on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. If you use a pre-made pie crust that is not already in a foil pie tin, you can gently press the crust into a pie pan before placing on a baking sheet to bake.
  • While the pie crust is baking, make the filling. In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, diced ham, shredded cheese and milk.  Whisk together until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and continue to whisk.
  • Pour the filling into the baked pie crust.  Bake for 30 minutes, or until the quiche is golden and set in the center.
  • Garnish with the chopped parsley and serve.
