Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a non-stick 16-18 cup pound cake pan (or bundt cake pan) well, then dust with 2 TBSP flour. Set aside.
Batter: In a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar together. Add the salt and baking powder. Slowly mix in the eggs and all three extracts. Next mix in the evaporated milk. Slowly mix in the flour until everything is well incorporated.
Divide the batter into 3 bowls (keep some in the main bowl), dye one bowl of batter red and the other one blue, keeping the main bowl colorless. Alternate adding spoonfuls of each color of batter into the prepared pan. Use a knife to swirl the colors around lightly.
Bake: Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Set aside to cool for 20 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely.
Serve with whipped cream, berries and sprinkles. Enjoy!
Store leftover pound cake in an airtight container for freshness up to 4 days.
