Spinach Feta Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz box bow tie or penne pasta
  • 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 5oz container Feta cheese
  • 10 oz Fresh Spinach washed and torn into pieces
  • 1 can white beans drained
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1-3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook your pasta according to the package instructions. 
  • While the pasta is cooking, prepare the other ingredients in a bowl and toss them together.
  • After your pasta has been cooked and drained, toss it in with everything else and mix together.
  • Add in the salt and pepper to taste.
