Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce use your favorite!

Instructions

  • Marinade & chill: Mix the Ranch dressing and BBQ sauce together in a small bowl until combined.
  • Add the chicken breasts to a large ziplocked bag, along with ¾ of the marinade (reserve remaining marinade for later, store in the fridge in a small container.) Massage the bag to coat the chicken in the marinade well. Place the bag of chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  • Grill: When you are ready to begin cooking, prepare your heat surface. If you are using a grill, heat it to medium-high heat. You can also use a frying pan on the stove if you don't have access to a BBQ.
  • Remove the chicken from the bag and place directly on the grill, cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked through with an internal temperature of 165F degrees. Grill time varies depending on the thickness of your chicken breast. If using thin sliced chicken breasts, reduce cooking time to 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Once the chicken is done cooking, brush each chicken breast with the reserved sauce for extra flavor. Serve immediately, enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
Freeze leftovers in a ziplocked bag in the freezer for up to 1-2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
