Copycat Chick-fil-A Sandwiches made with 4 secret ingredients that make them taste just like the original!! Tender, flavorful chicken cutlets breaded and fried, then made into the best crispy chicken sandwich ever!
4chicken cutletsthese are a bit thinner than chicken breasts
1 ½cupsmilk
½cuppickle juice
1sleeve Ritz crackers
1 ½cupsbreadcrumbs
½cupflour
1 ½tsppaprika
1 ½tsppepper
2tspsalt
½cuppowdered sugar
peanut oil for fryingcan use canola oil
4brioche buns
Lettuce, pickles, sauce for topping
Instructions
Prep: Combine the milk and pickle juice. Add the chicken and let marinate 30 mins to an hour.
In a food processor pulse the crackers until fine.
Cook & assemble: In a large bowl combine the cracker crumbs, breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, pepper, salt and powdered sugar. Dredge the chicken pieces in the cracker mixture.
In a large skillet over medium high heat add about an inch of oil. Fry the chicken cutlets about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and a meat thermometer reaches 165°F. Drain on paper towels.
Place your chicken on a brioche bun and serve with toppings! Enjoy!
Notes
Place left over chicken in an airtight container and refrigerate them for up to 3 days.
