NO-BAKE TWIX PIE

No-Bake Twix Pie is made in less than 5 minutes of prep time. Deliciously creamy no-bake pie recipe with a buttery crust, a creamy filling, and lots of Twix bars!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups vanilla wafers finely crushed
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 8 oz package cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip) divided
  • 2 cups chopped Twix candy bars
  • chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  • Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • In a large bowl with an electric or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  • Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until just combined.
  • Stir half of the chopped Twix bars into the pie filling.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared pie crust and smooth out the top with a spatula or frosting knife.
  • Spread the leftover whipped topping across the top of the pie filling.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chopped Twix bars over the top of the pie to garnish.
  • Refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or overnight before serving to firm up. Slice and serve with chocolate drizzle if desired.
