Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple well drained
  • ½ cup flaked coconut
  • strawberries, bananas, orange slices, cubes of pound cake, Nilla wafers, Graham crackers, pretzels for dipping

Instructions

  • Prep: About 20-30 minutes before you prepare this dip, put the cream cheese on the counter to soften and come to room temperature. This is the best way to soften cream cheese, however, you can also heat it in the microwave to save time.
  • Combine: In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth and fluffy. Reserve a spoonful of both pineapple and coconut, then fold the remaining amounts into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Chill: Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
  • When ready, top dip with reserved pineapple & coconut. Serve with strawberries, bananas, orange slices, cubes of pound cake, Nilla wafers, Graham crackers, pretzels, or anything else you'd like. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
