Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado ripe
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh (juice from about ¼ large lemon)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley fresh
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives fresh
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill fresh
  • ¼ - ½ cup milk or as needed to thin to desired consistency

Instructions

  • Halve the avocado, remove the pit and use a spoon to scrape out the flesh into a food processor. Add the Greek yogurt and puree until smooth, scraping sides with a rubber spatula if needed.
  • Add the mayo, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper and salt to the food processor and process until smooth and everything is well incorporated, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Chop the chives, dill and parsley. Add the herbs to the food processor and process to incorporate (you do not need to fully puree them).
  • Check the consistency and then add the milk. Add about ¼ cup if you want to use this avocado ranch as a dip or ½ cup to use it as a dressing. The size and ripeness of the avocado may change the consistency slightly so adjust the milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
