- 8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- ½ cup butter melted
- 20 oz corn about 1 ½ cans
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- ⅔ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp season salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
