If you make this in the Instapot, I recommend adding at least 1 cup of water. When I made it following the directions, there was not enough liquid and most of the salsa and pork got burned and was inedible. I do want to try this again because it was super easy and I think it will be great if additional water is added.

Question about the wonderful sounding sweet pork recipe. If made in the Instant Pot, you said to do a natural release… do you mean until it’s completely released or just for a certain length of time?
