But where is the booze? Not grasshopper pie without creme de menthe and creme de cacao.

Put 1/4 cup milk in a large saucepan and heat, then add a bag of mini marshmallows, and stir constantly until the marshmallows are melted. Let cool.

Whip two cups of whipping cream as far as you can before you get butter, then add the cooled marshmallows. gradually add 1/4 cup each of creme de menthe and clear “white” creme de cacao. (Must be clear, not the brown stuff.)

Pour into the prepared chocolate cookie crust and freeze for several hours. The texture is like chiffon.
