- 4 large peaches
- ½ pint raspberries
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ cup flour
Crumble Topping:
- 10 Tbsp butter
- ⅔ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- ½ cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350°.
Peel, halve and pit the peaches. Cut into 1-inch pieces. In a large bowl, toss gently with the raspberries, sugar and flour. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish.
To make the crumble topping, melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature. Add the flour, brown sugar, sugar and almonds. Use a fork to mix it all together. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the filling is thick and bubbly around the edges.
Let the crumble cool slightly before serving. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
