Raspberry Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 4 large peaches
  • ½ pint raspberries
  • cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour

Crumble Topping:

  • 10 Tbsp butter
  • cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Peel, halve and pit the peaches. Cut into 1-inch pieces. In a large bowl, toss gently with the raspberries, sugar and flour. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish.
  • To make the crumble topping, melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature. Add the flour, brown sugar, sugar and almonds. Use a fork to mix it all together. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the filling is thick and bubbly around the edges.
  • Let the crumble cool slightly before serving. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
