Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups tonic water
  • 2 packages lime Jell-O (3oz ea)
  • Whipping cream and sprinkles for topping

Also Needed

  • Jars or clear cups
  • Black light

Instructions

  • Boil water and pour into bowl with Jell-O powder.
  • Stir with whisk for 2 minutes.
  • Add tonic water and let sit until bubbles rest.
  • Pour desired amount into containers.
  • Let set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Top with whipping cream and sprinkles.
  • Serve in the dark under black light.
