Caramel Marshmallow Pops

Caramel Marshmallow Pops are an easy to make sweet treat! This no bake dessert is perfect for the hot summer months, you create a heavenly dish without heating up your house to do so!

Equipment

  • 30 popsicle sticks or plastic sticks

Ingredients

  • 25 Caramel squares
  • ½ cup Condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 30 large Marshmallows
  • Toppings: We used chopped salted peanuts, sprinkles, and tiny M&M's for this recipe.

Instructions

Prep

  • Unwrap all the caramel squares and put them in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Put each of the toppings into separate small bowls, set aside.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

Caramel sauce

  • Then, add in the condensed milk and butter to the bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 1 minute or until the caramels are completely melted.
  • Let the caramel sauce sit for about 5 minutes, to cool slightly. You want it still warm enough to be pliable but not too hot that it melts the marshmallows.

Assembly

  • Next, grab a marshmallow and insert a stick into one end.
  • After that, dip the other end into the caramel sauce and turn slightly to coat the full bottom and a little of the sides. Let the sauce drip off slightly, then immediately dip into the nuts, sprinkles, or mini M&M's.
  • Place on the prepared waxed-paper baking sheet.
  • Repeat with remaining marshmallows, sauce and nuts. Let stand 20 minutes or until caramel coating is firm.
  • Serve and enjoy!
