Equipment

  • Popsicle mold

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Strawberries quartered
  • ½ pound Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Sugar divided.
  • 1 ¼ cup Yogurt this is equal to 10 ounces

Instructions

Prep

  • Start by washing the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in quarter pieces.
  • Also, wash the blueberries and make sure all stems are removed.

Red layer

  • Then, in a food processor or blender, puree the strawberries with 1 tbsp. of sugar.  Set aside in a small bowl.

Blue layer

  • Next, puree the blueberries with 1 tbsp. of sugar as well.

Assembly

  • Grab the popsicle molds and pour in the strawberry about 1/3 of the way full.
  • Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to solidify.
  • Then, add the white layer by spooning in the vanilla yogurt 1/3 of the way. Return tray to freezer for another 10 minutes.
  • Lastly, top off the popsicle with the blueberry mixture for the remaining 1/3.
  • Put the popsicles back in the freezer for 2-3 hours to freeze solid.
  • Serve and enjoy!
