Monster Cookies are chewy, delicious and packed with oats, peanut butter and M&Ms! Naturally gluten free cookies that everyone loves!
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 ½ cups peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 ½ cups oats grind into flour in the blender
- 1 cup M&Ms mini or regular
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar together with an electric mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add the oat flour and baking soda and mix into the butter mixture until smooth.
Stir in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop out tablespoonfuls of dough and place on a prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
