Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb pork roast
  • 3 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp coarse salt or sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine liquid smoke and water. Pour over meat in crockpot. Sprinkle salt on top of meat and then cover and cook on low for at least 8-10 hours (ideally 10-12). Shred meat and keep in sauce on warm until ready to serve. Delicious on it's own or served over rice.
