chicken thighs

tablespoons
olive oil

honey

soy sauce

rice wine vinegar

teaspoons
garlic powder

Pinch
of red pepper flakes

fresh ginger

garlic cloves

Instructions
Pat dry the chicken with paper towels and place it in the bottom of a Crock Pot.
Pour your olive oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar over the chicken.
Sprinkle your spices evenly over the chicken.
Place the fresh ginger and the garlic over the spices.
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or cook on HIGH for 2-4 hours.
Remove and serve over rice or pasta.
