  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup Cinnamon toast crunch cereal


  • In a medium microwave safe bowl stir together for the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave in 30 second intervals stirring in between until all melted.
  • Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Line an 8x8 pan with either foil or parchment paper that is sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Pour in the fudge and immediately top with crushed cereal.
  • Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve!
