  • 1 package 14 ounces banana quick bread/muffin mix
  • 1/3 cup butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can 20 ounces strawberry pie filling


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a small bowl, combine the bread mix with the butter and egg and stir until well mixed and crumbly. Press onto the bottom of a well-greased 9X13 pan.
  • Bake at 350° for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the warm crust. Spoon the pie filling evenly over the condensed milk and lightly spread if necessary to cover the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 more minutes, or until golden brown. Cool and then cut into squares.
