Strawberry Banana Bars
Strawberry Banana Bars made with a banana bread or muffin mix, strawberry pie filling and just three other basic ingredients. Easy banana recipe that is perfect for a snack or dessert!
- 1 package 14 ounces banana quick bread/muffin mix
- 1/3 cup butter softened to room temperature
- 1 eggs
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can 20 ounces strawberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a small bowl, combine the bread mix with the butter and egg and stir until well mixed and crumbly. Press onto the bottom of a well-greased 9X13 pan.
Bake at 350° for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the warm crust. Spoon the pie filling evenly over the condensed milk and lightly spread if necessary to cover the top.
Bake for 35-40 more minutes, or until golden brown. Cool and then cut into squares.
