Peppermint Oreo Fudge

- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 12 mint oreos
- 6 crushed peppermint candies
Line an 8x8 pan dish or pie pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each time and repeating until smooth and melted.
Crush up half the oreos and place them in the bottom of the prepared dish.
Pour the fudge into the pan.
Crush remaining oreos and peppermints and sprinkle over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fudge is set.
Cut into squares and serve!
