Peppermint Oreo Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 mint oreos
  • 6 crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 pan dish or pie pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
  • In a large microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each time and repeating until smooth and melted.
  • Crush up half the oreos and place them in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • Pour the fudge into the pan.
  • Crush remaining oreos and peppermints and sprinkle over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fudge is set.
  • Cut into squares and serve!
